Appalling Conduct.

British Isis fighters should be hunted down and killed!

Appalling Conduct by the defence secretary, Gavin Williamson as reported by The Guardian

Jessica Elgot Political reporter 13 hrs ago The Guardian 7/12.17

Britons who have fought for Islamic State abroad should be hunted down and killed to ensure they never return to the UK, the defence secretary, Gavin Williamson, has said.

In the strongest remarks yet from a senior cabinet minister, Williamson suggested there was deliberate targeting of British jihadis by the armed forces targeting Isis as the group retreats in Syria and Iraq.
The new defence secretary told the Daily Mail: “A dead terrorist can’t cause any harm to Britain.”
“I do not believe that any terrorist, whether they come from this country or any other, should ever be allowed back into this country,” he said. “We should do everything we can do to destroy and eliminate that threat.”

The law is very clear in criminal law, incitement is the encouragement of another person to commit a crime. In criminal law, incitement is the encouragement of another person to commit a crime. Depending on the jurisdiction, some or all types of incitement may be illegal. Where illegal, it is known as an inchoate offense, where harm is intended but may or may not have actually occurred.

The most disturbing factor is this a member of the Government has made this statement.

The UK abolished the death penalty many years ago.

It is contrary to Article 6 of the Human Rights Act of any person having a fair trial and any penalty is passed by competent tribunal and the laws of this land.

What happens after we leave the EU and there is no Human Rights? Do we return to police brutality, unfair hearings etc.!

Why am I angry! Two reasons :-
There is no rule without law.
If you or I made this statement we would more than likely have been prosecuted.

Lung Disease in Plymouth

I have just finished a ten week course run by Live Well Plymouth to help my COPD. The first two weeks I was not sure if I wanted to continue and began to find many lame excuse to discontinue the course. In that two weeks I found myself doing some of the simple breathing exercise I had learn watching TV during the adverts for example! Sitting on my bed before I went to sleep and after waking up. From a young age I stubborn person and I don't like to quit, I found that by the third week I began enjoying the Thursday morning COPD group. You get to know the other people in the group, some in the group their condition was worse then mine and some better however, we were all in the same boat and while a couple did not find their condition had improved their breathing a lot found their condition improved.

When the course began you are asked to walk between two cones set five metres apart for six minutes, you can rest as often as you like at the end of the walk the number of metres you walk is logged and in my case I use two crutches. At the end of the Ten Week you are asked to walk the six minutes again and I walked 87 metres more than my first walk using two crutches.
The person I partnered with who breathing was worse than mine did not take the walking test as he was unable to walk the distance. The important think there is no pressure to do sets of exercising.
There are four members of qualified staff in the group to help and monitor members in the group for example if someone breathing becomes laboured they are there to assist.

I decided to put a 'Forum' in We Live in Plymouth' not only for people with COPD but all lung disease. There are lot of people in Plymouth that have 'Asbestosis' as well as COPD.
